Meet Drew.
Drew Petersen is a professional skier and passionate ultrarunner who is on a mission to change our culture surrounding mental health. He blends his athletic adventures—ranging from skiing peaks in the backcountry to running 100-mile ultramarathons—with his storytelling as a writer, filmmaker, and speaker in order to bring others along for the ride and to advocate for what he cares most about. His mold-breaking, signature films, Ups and Downs followed by Feel It All, have created revolutionary conversation on mental health awareness and suicide prevention in the outdoor community. As a skier, he has graced magazine covers and starred in dozens of award-winning ski films. His writing has appeared in Outside Magazine, Powder Magazine, SKI Magazine, and more publications. He now uses The Drew Petersen Podcast, and a ski pole microphone, to uplift and share the stories of others.

Why ZipFit?
I ask a lot of my ski boots—whether that be charging hard inbounds in a race shell or walking a very long way in a touring boot. Sometimes, of course, I need my ski boot to do both. So, naturally, that's a real conundrum: to get heel and ankle hold on my skinny feet and ankles or to be able to walk with no issues but then be fully ready to shred when I put it in ski mode. So, voila, for me, that's ZipFit. I also got tired of packing out other liners—whether those be stock race liners or aftermarket foam liners—both moldable or injectable. I'm a relatively big dude and those liners would break down comically fast. So again, voila, that's ZipFit. In skiing or in life, I love products that last and that I don't have to replace.
